  33. AFAIK, it isn't (yet).  Not having an Alpha, it doesn't matter
  34. _that_ much to me (now), but I definitely recall hearing this
  35. somewhere on _this list_ not too long ago.  As to does it need to
  36. be, I think it might, I hear you can emulate on an Alpha, but I
  37. don't know if that's going to be especially useful to you, that's
  38. always kinda slow...

  40. Should it be?  That's more the question.  Well, does Adobe think
  41. it worthwhile?  I mean they ported it to SGI and SUN, don't think
  42. they're selling thousands of those...

  44. BTW, Painter would be nice too.  It makes a nice complement to
  45. Photoshop for its natural media stuff and cool lighting FX.
